Task 4: Character Bible
The last task requires us to compile everything and in a comprehensive manner showing key progression in the development and the final output.

Reflection:

Experience:
This course was honestly very fun, even though there were some hick-ups in the middle of the development, I'm happy how Aseri turns out at the end. I definitely watered down her original idea too much where she lost that main protagonist look. I think the mistake was that I focused too much on making her look nomadic I overlooked the rule of cool. This module has taught me so much about what to keep in mind when creating a character. This module allowed me to create my first ever oc, which was very interesting to finally do. I was taught so many things, yet this is only the tip of the iceberg in creating a good character.

Observations:
I realized after the semester has ended that, keeping a clear cut idea or concept in mind is necessary for creating a good character. As simple as that might hear, it was not as easy to keep in mind all of the factors that contribute to it. I hope that I am able to convey my idea more clearly in the future and retain those key elements that identify my character apart from others.

Findings:
I've learnt that in character design there is a lot of factors to constantly think about, like which aspects to focus on, what elements do I want to retain after development, what defines my character away from the others, what makes them so special. I have learnt so many things, from colour combinations, and further colour studies, into dynamic poses, lighting and better shading. So much drawing techniques that I finally came to use and learn.
